PHASE 130. SOLUTION BUILD

Welcome to the Consulting Solution Build Phase, which is Phase 130 of the Food & Beverage 180 portal. This phase concentrates on all the processes necessary to build the customer database via in scope requirements. This phase gathers and creates templated environments that can be easily repeatable for customers to add other locations as well as above property programming via Enterprise Menu management should the customer choose this avenue for deployment. Project Stakeholders on both the Oracle and the Customer side are involved in discussions surrounding functional recommendations for the Solution Build. The Oracle Consulting Project Manager, along with Solution engineers, and other implementation consultants lead customer through the solution build phase.

  • Deliver Centralised EMC Build Based on Customer Requirements
  • Deliver a Templated Environment
  • Deliver Agile Playback Demo's on a Templated or Pilot environment - configuration changes can be done on the fly for immediate acceptance
  • Use pre-configured 'Leading Practice by Service Type' Blueprints for automated builds and access for demo
  • EMC configuration and database build are delivered
