Welcome to the Consulting Project Planning Phase, which is Phase 120 of the Food & Beverage 180 portal. This phase concentrates on all the processes to get the project ready for the solution build phase. This phase gathers and creates the work plan necessary to capture all task necessary for successful delivery. Project Stakeholders on both the Oracle and the Customer side are involved in discussions surrounding pre-requisites, architecture, infrastructure and recommendations necessary to plan the solution build. The Oracle Consulting Project Manager, along with Solution engineers, and other implementation consultants lead customer through the project planning phase.
